Tonight was an interesting and eventful one - as I got to have dinner with the President of Timor-Leste; Dr Jose Ramos Horta .
( The President is also a Nobel Peace Prize winner )
It was a great evening with casual conversation and many laughs to be had by all. It will be a night I will remember for a long time coming.
